The Blue-Eyes Red Headed Girl by JairoxD The Blue-Eyes Red Headed Girl by JairoxD
Reference Picture from here: [link]

It's the beautiful inspiring Women :iconblackfantastix:
She's so beautiful, that cute nose, that blue-eyes, that kissable lips.....I sure will continue drawing her in the future till the skies fall down:love:

SIZE: 30x20,5cm (11,8x8,07in)
TIME: btwn 10-12hrs
DATE: 04/01/12
TOOLS: Prismacolor colored pencils on opaline board

Well, with this drawing I discovered so many things....

I tried making white strands of hair, but resulted in ruin the whole hair...I learned I can't abuse of this technique

The hardest part was the background, I really couldn't make a simple circle gradient from black to blue, I wanted something smooth but resulted in all that noisy background, well I suposse in the end I lost my patience and It's reflexed in the background...

Oh my goodness, that is simply a gorgeous piece of art! That's a lot of time you spent on it, but it sure has paid off.. I wish I could draw as well as you.. this is simply breathtakingly beautiful! And I have to agree with you completely - she truly is a beautiful woman!

You can, I mean, you can even draw batter than me, It has been 4 years of practice to reach my actual skill level, you can see in my gallery my first drawing in deviantart It was drawn in 2008 and it sucks, honestly i'm a little ashamed, but it represent the progression (slow progression) of my skill, there is offcourse talent, but talent is nothing without practice....I've seen your gallery, and let me tell you, you're talented enough....just never give up...

Have a nice day:)

Now that is a lie! I do not think that I can draw better than you, your skills are phenomenal! And hey I think progress is the most important thing - at least everyone can see how much you've improved.. it would be boring if you were amazing right from the start. But thanks for telling me - I'll try my best and I'll keep at it.

You have a nice day too (:

Com'om, if you don't believe in yourself, how can you achieve your aims? You don't know if you can draw better than me, the only way to know is trying, I know we have to think down-to-earth, but you have to aim high too, have you ever feel every drawing you made is a little better than the previous one? Just drawing a portrait, manga, whatever you want, putting your best effort in each one, you will notice your progress,,,

Another thing I forgot is knowledge, it's very important too, I always google for drawing books, search tutorials here in deviantart, those are really useful, just try

Hey thanks man, I'll keep these words in mind! Well then we're both talented artists, let's stick with that(: I do agree with you though, I do feel that every time I draw another piece I get a little bit better at what I do! It's the effort that counts (and a little bit of talent).

I do that too, I try to find myself as many different tutorial books as possible! I cannot wait for your next drawing, am already looking forward to it :D

Well, I actually don't know, I bought them in a simple store, I guess those are the same that little kids use in their drawings, is a 36 prismacolor box....
