Technicolor was the first technique to obtain a full colored saturated picture, using three layered colors: cyan, yellow and magenta, movies filming, cameras, newspapers, printers get colors in this way. If you use these primary colors combined in the right proportion you can theoretically obtain all colors in the visible spectrum. I decided to draw Avril Lavigne using the same colors that a printer use, cyan, yellow, magenta and black......an white (as color blender) so I used in total 5 colors for this picture Decided to redraw an old Avril Lavigne picture because She has blue eyes, pink lips and she is blonde, so it wasn't difficult (except the skin tone), Also she is so beautiful and I never could get her likeness in previous drawings, so she deserve a good portrait.....
